Fluid Minds was founded in 2015 by Kim Miller to build and support the websites of local nonprofits and small businesses she believed in. What began as a word-of-mouth operation has grown into a trusted web design and strategy company, known both locally and nationally, especially among faith-based organizations, for creating thoughtful, functional websites. Today, Fluid Minds builds custom WordPress sites with features like donation platforms, eCommerce, membership portals, resource libraries, and training hubs. Backed by a small, experienced team, we remain committed to guiding clients with clarity and care from first draft through long-term support.
Scope of Services
Website design and development is our specialty, with ongoing care plans that include hosting, security, monitoring, reporting, as well as time each month to update content and support the organization in their digital strategy. Additionally, we offer privacy policy implementation, Google Business Profile optimization, website content creation, logo designing. We also white label for other creative entities looking to outsource complex website functionality.

Projects are usually scoped between $5,000 and $20,000, depending on website functionality needs. Monthly Website Care Plans start at $75/mo and can be customized to include time per month to perform content changes and website technical support.
